As part of the support teams, you will be responsible for application deployment, user onboarding (Level 1), and functional support (Level 2) not requiring code investigation. You will regularly interact with Front Office users and must have a strong understanding of both the technical ecosystem and the functional environment.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Gather and analyze user requirements
• Write various documentation (functional specifications, test plans, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between Front Office NY users and development teams in Paris—gathering, analyzing, and relaying business requirements. This also includes managing user requests, release cycles, and system enhancement projects
• Coordinate with other impacted teams and departments
• Participate in global meetings and align with both local and global development needs
• Lead user training and onboarding
• Provide functional support to users

Business knowledge (must-have):

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an FO Support / Business Analyst in the financial industry, with a strong focus on equity derivatives
• Solid understanding of derivatives products and pricing concepts, including options, delta-one products, and structured products

Technical skills:

• Experience writing functional documentation and test specifications in an IT environment
• Experience managing and executing testing phases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic technical proficiency (e.g., VBA, XML, SQL) for navigating and querying systems

Coordination experience:

• Hands-on experience in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Ability to interact with Front Office users and development teams to gather and relay business requirements
