"Human Resource Excellence in Research" means:
  • In Europe, 721 entities have received this label.
  • In France, 65 entities display this label, of which Talan is the first, and only, private-sector company to obtain it.
Research at Talan means:
  • A center created at the end of 2019
  • A team of 25 to 35 researchers on permanent contracts
  • 13,000 hours of research in 2023
  • Almost 8 million euros of investment in 2023
Achieving this label comes just over 4 years after the creation of the Talan Research Center and thus underlines the Group's excellence and know-how.

This label rewards research institutions that adopt best practices in terms of working conditions and recruitment of researchers. It aims to create an attractive environment and promote the professional development of researchers. Obtaining this label thus strengthens the institution's international reputation and appeal, and underlines Talan's commitment to a transparent and fair HR policy, in line with the European Researcher's Charter.

As part of obtaining this label, Talan's Research Center is pursuing its strategy and also wishes to develop over the next two years around three axes:

  • The internationalization of its research

"For us, obtaining the "Human Resource Strategy for researchers" label is recognition of the working conditions we have set up within Talan for our team of PhDs. We offer the PhDs we recruit an original career plan for a consulting firm, with applied research projects enabling them to make the best use of their expertise as researchers, and to progress towards a career as a consultant, project manager or DataScientist with our customers. They thus benefit from a pleasant working environment and motivating career prospects." details Laurent Cervoni, Talan's Director of Research and Innovation.
