Defining and implementing a carbon trajectory
  • Reduction of our absolute emissions by 41% (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) by 2030
  • Intermediate target of a 20% reduction in intensity per employee by 2025
  • This reduction trajectory aims to limit global warming to 1.5°C (Paris Agreement goal)

Through these initiatives, we're demonstrating our commitment to environmental stewardship and contributing to the global fight against climate change.

We recognise that the diversity of legislative and cultural frameworks for supporting individuals with disabilities requires the implementation of specific policies and a unique approach in each country where the Group operates.

Index de l’égalité professionnelle  

En application de la loi « pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel » du 5 septembre 2018, qui a notamment pour objectif de supprimer les écarts de rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes en France, Talan publie les index égalité hommes-femmes de ses entités. Ces index sont calculés par entité sur la base de 5 indicateurs.  

Au titre de l'année 2023, le groupe Talan obtient les notes suivantes pour ses entités :  
  • Talan SAS : 89/100  
  • Talan Solutions : 84/100  
  • Talan Consulting : 89/100  
  • Talan KeyOn : 93/100  
  • Talan Corporate : 83/100  

Les entités du groupe Talan obtiennent de bons scores sur les indicateurs (écart de rémunération, écart d’augmentation et écart de promotion Femmes/Hommes).  

Dans le cadre du développement de notre démarche RSE, Talan poursuit et s’engage à enrichir les actions initiées depuis 2017 sur l’enjeux de la mixité et du rôle de la femme dans le métier du numérique.  

Ces actions nous permettrons, entre autres, de progresser sur un autre indicateur : le nombre de salariés du sexe sous-représenté parmi les 10 plus hautes rémunérations.
