Talan strengthens its management team to support its Growth strategy

Paris, October 21, 2024 - Amid unprecedented growth, Talan is reinforcing its Executive Committee with the arrival of Bérénice Chassagne, François Soubien, and Laurent Gerin. These appointments mark a key step in the Group's strategy to build a global leader in accelerating business transformation through technology, data, and innovation.

Bérénice CHASSAGNE joins Talan as Deputy Chief Operations Officer, a position she has held since October 1, 2024. Bérénice Chassagne is tasked with overseeing all Group operations under the responsibility of Mikaël Thepaut, Chief Operations Officer, and will join the Group's Executive Committee. With extensive international experience and in-depth knowledge of the IT sector, Bérénice Chassagne combines operational, commercial, and financial expertise that will be a major asset for the Group.

A graduate of SKEMA Business School (2001), with a master's degree from HEC (Executive Education - 2011), and INSEAD (Executive Leaders Program - 2019), Bérénice Chassagne, 45, began her career in 2001 at KPMG. She then joined the Atos group, where she held key positions in strategic, operational, and financial management for 20 years. She served as Head of Internal Audit, then was responsible for the Group's pre-sales commercial process. In 2018, she was appointed Corporate Chief Financial Officer, then Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Group Strategy before being promoted in 2022 to General Manager of Growth Markets, covering regions such as Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, South America, and Spain, as well as the Major Event business (notably Paris 2024).

François SOUBIEN joins Talan as General Manager in charge of the Group's consulting activities, a position he has held since October 7, 2024. François Soubien's mission is to oversee consulting activities within all of the Group's Business Units worldwide, under the responsibility of Mehdi Houas, President of Talan, and he will also join the Group's Executive Committee.

Holder of a Master's degree in Management Sciences from IAE - University of Tours (1997) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA (2006), François Soubien, 51, began his career at Manugistics before joining PEA Consulting, where he developed in-depth expertise in supply chain consulting. He then moved to PRTM Management Consultants and later PwC, where he served as General Manager France and Equity Partner. He furthered his career as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company for over 10 years, specializing in aerospace, defense, transportation, and logistics. Throughout his career, François Soubien has led more than 100 major projects, with a particular focus on industrial functions and supply chain management.

Laurent GERIN joins Talan as Integration Vice President, a role he has held since September 3, 2024. Laurent Gerin will lead the integration of acquisitions within the Talan group, under the responsibility of Mikaël Thepaut, Chief Operations Officer, and he will join the Group's Executive Committee. Laurent Gerin has extensive experience in complex acquisition integrations and strategic repositioning of entities.

A graduate of the Grenoble National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics (ENSIMAG), Laurent Gerin, 49, joined CGI in 1998, one of the world's largest information technology and management consulting services companies, where he held leadership positions for over 20 years. He notably led centers of excellence dedicated to the digital transformation of Business Units in France and Europe before becoming President of the Southern and Western Europe region. In this capacity, he played a key role in the successful integration of Umanis and Harwell Management into CGI France.
